Information for Authors

• At least one author of each accepted abstract must complete registration and pay the registration fee by the early-bird registration deadline.
• Please note that only those who paid the registration fee could participate in the Oral or Poster Presentation, and their abstracts will be included in the proceedings.

Abstracts

• All abstracts must be submitted in English. For student abstracts, please select the appropriate option in the checkbox.
• Abstracts will be evaluated based on the originality and significance of the work, as well as the quality of the information and data presented.
• When submitting your abstract, please indicate your preferred presentation format (oral or poster) and specify the targeted topic area.

Abstract Submission Procedure

Extended Abstract

After notification of acceptance of the abstract, authors must submit the extended abstracts. Extended Abstracts, including figures and references, will be limited to
4-page for oral presenters and poster presenters. The template of the extended abstract will be available on July 3, 2026.

All extended abstracts collected in this conference will be published in the conference proceedings, available for reference and review by registered and paid participants.

Abstract Changes & Withdrawals

• To modify or withdraw your submitted abstract, please click the “Modify” button after logging in with your ID and password before the abstract submission deadline.
• If you need to revise or withdraw your abstract after the submission deadline, please contact the Secretariat by email (icpt2026@icpt2026.org ).
