The sender’s name MUST BE Registration number (4-digits) or registrant’s name.
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
After your deposit details are confirmed, the secretariat will send you a confirmation email of the registration within a week.

After remittance, please be sure to send an email to the secretariat( registration@icpt2026.org ) along with the deposit receipt (date, remitter's name, amount) and your 4-digit registration number.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please notify ( registration@icpt2026.org ) in writing to request a refund and cancel your registration.
All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
Refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below

How can I check my registration number?

Records of submitted registration forms can be found in the table under the "Registration Submission/Status" tab.
The four-digit number on the left side of the table is your registration number. Please note that the registration number is different from your abstract ID.
After entering all the required information in the online payment popup and clicking ‘Submit,’ the page does not proceed to the next step.

Please check your browser settings and disable the POP-UP blocker, clear cookies, and try again. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
Where can I find the required documents for my visa application?

The visa invitation letter is available only to abstract authors of ICPT 2026 who have completed their registration payment. After submitting the registration form and completing the payment, you may apply for the letter through the registration list. Once reviewed and approved, the letter will be sent to you by email and will also be available in the online system at all times, together with other supporting documents.
For other visa-related documents, required documents vary by country or region. Please check the website of the relevant embassy or consulate for accurate information.

I accidentally submitted the registration form multiple times. How can I delete one of them?

You may delete any unnecessary registration form by clicking the “Delete” button on the far right of the list. Please note that only unpaid registration forms can be deleted. If the “Delete” button is not visible, please contact the Secretariat at registration@icpt2026.org with your four-digit registration number.
I would like to modify some of my registration details (participant type, payment method, etc.).
- Before payment: You can directly modify your details using the "Modify" button before completing the payment.
- After payment: Please send the registration number (four digits) and the details you wish to change to the Secretariat at registration@icpt2026.org .
I need supporting documents related to my registration (invoice, receipt, confirmation letter, etc.).
Please submit the registration form via the online system first. You will then be able to access the relevant documents based on your payment status:
- Invoice: Available after submitting the registration form.
- Receipt / Confirmation Letter: Available only after completing the payment.
- Participation Certificate: Available from the first day of the conference (October 19, 2026).
I would like to change the payment card I used for registration.
